Phone was in great shape, works well, no problems with it. Would consider buying a refurbished phone again

This phone was not unlocked!! I put my old sim card in, and got a message saying that it was not compatible. Went and got a new sim card...same message. And the customer service people didn't help at all!!!

This refurbished phone came in good packaging and in good condition. It started and has been working as expected without any problems or glitches. It was unlocked as advertised. I would recommend it.
