I was thrilled to be able to get the SE phone that has been my first choice for years. In the afternath of somone swiping my phone of 3 years, I was sooo relieved to have one that resembled my lost one And it came much sooner than I expected: 3 business days later. The problems were two: it came with a charging cable that had one of those changeable ends, including the necessary lightening end. But I used it only twice before the lightening end broke off. (I had seen that happen on a friend's charger cord, different brand.) But thr other problem was that the battery was depleted. I was surprised on 3 of the first 5 days I used it how quickly it lost its charge. Then i found out its battery health is only 78%.
