Apple Watch SE requires an iPhone 6s or later with iOS 14 or later.
¹Irregular rhythm notification requires the latest versions of watchOS and iOS. It is not intended for use by people under 22 years old or those who have been previously diagnosed with atrial fibrillation (Afib).
²Fall detection updates are available on Apple Watch Series 4 and later with watchOS 8 and later.
³Apple Watch Series 7 (GPS + Cellular) and Apple Watch SE (GPS + Cellular) can use a cellular connection for Emergency SOS. To use Emergency SOS on an Apple Watch without cellular, your iPhone needs to be nearby.
If your iPhone isn't nearby, your Apple Watch needs to be connected to a known Wi-Fi network and you must set up Wi-Fi Calling.
⁴Apple Watch Series 7, Apple Watch SE, and Apple Watch Series 3 have a water resistance rating of 50 meters under ISO standard 22810:2010. This means that they may be used for shallow-water activities like swimming in a pool or ocean.
However, they should not be used for scuba diving, waterskiing, or other activities involving high-velocity water or submersion below shallow depth. Series 7 is also rated IP6X dust resistant.

||Posted .Owned for 2 months when reviewed.I love my watch. Being a senior citizen, I bought more for safety’s reasons, so I wouldn’t have to have my phone on me when walking through the house. That way, if I fell or needed to call someone in an emergency I could do it from my watch. This model also has a fall detection system which I like. I have actually found a lot more uses for it than I first thought. I use the timer a lot, and I also like having the different options for displays. I can have the weather and the day/date displayed as well as other apps that I use frequently. Highly recommend!

||Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.Bought it for the Fall alert and SOS feature since I am 74.I have the IPhone and IPad and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to navigate as all controls are similar.I am still figuring it out,but can honestly say that I absolutely love it so far!

||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.Love using the watch on runs, and when im at work , using the knob on the side is kinda satisfying to use and the screen/display looks great. The battery life is decent not horrible but definitely not great , i have 4 hour work shifts and the battery goes from 100% to around 30%. Ive dropped the watch on its display a few times and ive gotten no cracks or scratches surprisingly.

- A:Answer I current have Metro by T-Mobile and as of today (02-01-2022) you CANNOT have an Apple Watch ANY series work wit Metro. They do NOT support any smart watches a this time and the manager said he didn't see them adding the feature any time soon either. I currently have a 3 series and it connects using Bluetooth. So if I leave my phone somewhere or it dies my watch does not still get my calls or notifications. Only when it is in range via bluetooth. So please don't waste your money on the cellular version. IT WILL NOT WORK!

- A:Answer Buy your watch and don’t tell it who your favorite cellular provider is. I promise it will love and treat you right. Only if you want to use the watch as a stand along unit like if you leave the phone in the car and go for a swim, workout at the gym, or for a jog, will you have to call Verizon and set this watch up on a data plan. If your Bluetooth is on and phone is nearby, your watch will work just fine.

- A:Answer Your watch will connect to your phone not by cellular but by Bluetooth. You will use your cellular when, for example, you leave your phone at home and go for a jog. You will need to set this watch up with a data plan, with the cell provider of your choice, if you plan to use this device as a stand alone unit. If that’s not your cup of tea, go for the non-cellular version and save yourself some cash money.
