Apple Watch Series 5 (GPS + Cellular) 40mm Silver Aluminum Case with White Sport Band
Love the size and the all that it can do. Being able to jog and walk the dog without having to take my phone, but know I can answer a call or text from my wrist has been a real game changer!
I'm a sailor and the water-proof aspect was extremely important as well. I am a guy with pretty small wrists - I was concerned about the size of the face. After some consultation with friends who had the 38mm / 42mm (from previous models), I decided on the 40mm instead of the 44mm face. Really glad I did. The 40mm fits perfectly and I haven't had any issues with operating with the smaller face - haven't regretted the smaller choice once!
I’m an Apple person upgrading from Apple Watch 1 to this version. My 1 was still working I just wanted to upgrade to the cellular version. Apple makes it very easy to set up. It was ready to go within 10 minutes. The quality of their products, the ease of use and how ling they are supported for with software updates makes them worth the price. Purchasing from Best Buy was great too. I got a great price and received it in less than a week.
I have fairly small arms, but never liked the 38mm on my arm. This new 40mm size looks great!
The technology just keeps getting better, as do the choices for watch faces!
I bought the first release at midnight of the first night, and will keep buying! Apple is the BEST!
I do miss Steve Jobs!!
I’m not sure it’s worth upgrading for most people but the Apple Watch Series 5 is definitely worth it for me. I bought this one for my wife and she loves it. The main difference between the 4 and 5 is that it has an always-on mode which we have been waiting for. If you can afford it to upgrade (or if this is your first Apple Watch) it’s definitely worth it.
Was hesitant to purchase, this was my first true smart watch. But I am hooked now and will never not have one! Great for working out, love not feeling so tied to my phone- I’m able to leave my actual phone while I run a quick errand. If you’re hesitating just go for it!

Apple Watch 5 review
Two-minute review On paper the Apple Watch 5 is one of the most underwhelming upgrades Apple has ever unveiled. It’s essentially the Watch 4 – one of our best smartwatches, admittedly – with a compass, more cellular bands to callFull Review

Apple Watch Series 5 review: The best smartwatch gets (slightly) better
The Apple Watch is still the best smartwatch. Though the Series 5 feels like a minor update to last year's Series 4, it will fit the bill for the vast majority of people buying Apple Watches for the first time.Full Review
Apple Watch Series 5 review: A smartwatch close to perfection
The Apple Watch Series 5 is close to perfection, as good as smartwatches can get today. It does everything from receive notifications to monitoring your heart rate without a hitch, has a design that's becoming timeless, and a feature list that'sFull Review

A:AnswerYou could get the gps only version that connects via Bluetooth with no extra cost. The GPS/Cellular version means it’s like another line on your plan for instance with att it’s $10 a month plus the installments for the cost of the watch for 30 months then it’s paid off. Then you would just pay $10 a month for the service. With cellular you get data and don’t have to have your phone near you to answer a call reply to a text ect. With gps only you would need your phone near you. Hope this helps.
