Good quality but dust under the screen protector in less than 30 minutes makes this item a deal breaker...waste of money and effort in trying to protect my 1000 dollar phone

I purchased this on the recommendation of the sales person and am so happy I did. This product comes with an in-store warranty meaning that if it breaks, you just bring it to the store and they replace it for free. I, unfortunately have already had to use this feature as I dropped my phone 3 days after getting it. Good news is that it totally protected my screen and did its job. It shattered but remained in tact and protected my screen perfectly. The only issue I have with it is that it sometimes comes off when I am playing a game that requires me to move my finger while on the screen a lot. Other than that, it's a great deal.

Clarity and fit were good. However, after just a few days the screen came unglued and wouldn't stay attached anymore. I contacted the company and the customer service person was very nice and easy to understand. He was very prompt in handling the problem. He emailed me a form to fill out asking basic contact and mailing info, describe the problem, and take a picture of my receipt. Once I emailed this back to him which was late in the day, I received an email back the next morning letting me know a new protector was being sent out to me. I also received tracking info for it. I should receive the new one today. This all took 3 days. I hope it was just a fluke and the next one will be fine. I will update in the future. What I really liked was that the process was simple and I didn't have to spend more money sending back the defective protector. Great customer service.
