I used 2 years and didn't get any issue, the technical support from ARRIS is good. The network never drops, wifi range is good.

This is a small compact wireless modem and router, that was easy to set up on Comcast. For my houshold of one it meets all my wifi needs. Irrelevant to it's performance, i do enjoy the blue light show when the lights are all off too. :)
