Failure wifi connection

Thank you for writing a comment for the product. I do understand your concern and inconvenience regarding the issue with the WIFI connection dropping. Please verify if the unit is within range to an established wireless router or access point and internet service is working properly. Please verify if the unit is running with the most current system update. Also, you may need to go in the Device Manager, Network adapters, click on the Wireless LAN then click on the Power Management tab, unchecked the boxes and click the "OK" button to save the changes. Horrible computer
Posted .No, I would not recommend this to a friendDO NOT BUY! I regret buying this, and I really wish I could still return it. It is a terrible computer, it is so slow and hardly even works and the battery life is horrible and it will hardly even connect to my WiFi half of the time even when I am somewhere with good connection. Save your money and buy something else. Best Buy shouldn't be selling this garbage.

- A:Answer Hello! I use this laptop for editing multiple RAW files in Affinity Photo, which it handles very well. However, that is not the same level as what you're going for. One concern I have is the thin laptop design heats up way more than a gaming laptop. So if you're going to do heavy editing for long periods of time, maybe consider a few other options. Overall, I really enjoy this laptop and the specs are awesome. It does produce a lot of heat though.
