After less than 6 months! I lost internet connection and repair has taken 4 weeks after spending over $300 in protect/repair coverage. All I have gotten is a ton load of apologies but NOTHING in compensation for my inconvenience. I dropped it off only to get it back and told to buy a device and I had coverage. It was sent away only to get it back in 2 weeks with it locked and was told to talk it back to the store. I had to leave it again.

I've gone through a few laptops throughout my academic career and have a tendency to upgrade every several years to keep up with newer technology. Frankly, I never thought I would like the touchscreen aspect of it but have found it to be quite nice. It replaces a reader tablet and overpowers my current laptop with RAM. My only qualm is with the lack of at least 1 usb 3.1 port, the low memory (which can be supplemented with an external harddrive), and the charging port not being a usb c. Otherwise the price for what is being provided is solid and worth it. I do a ton of research before large purchases like this and it couldn't be beat by another 2 in 1 for the components. Including a stylus, usb hub, and facial recognition out of the box in place of a fingerprint scanner was a good touch though. It is also beautifully crafted and quick.

This Asus 2-in-1 laptop is pretty much a zenbook in aesthetics. It is very light, portable, yet powerful enough to complete many tasks. The I7 processor has Turbo Boost frequency of up to 4.6 GHz, paired with the 16GB of DDR3 ram impresses with the quick responsiveness, and execution of apps and software. The 256gb SS size can be the main drawback for people who require more hard drive storage, but I prefer a low storage SSD on my laptop than a high storage HDD anyday. The touchscreen is very responsive, and the windows hello feature works like a charm. My only complaints would be that the laptop only has 3 usb-c ports and not have the common USB 2-3.0 port unless you use the included adapter that offers hdmi, and usb 3.0 ports. The 2-in-1 feature is a neat addition for those people that want a tablet design without the trade-off of low performing hardware. The on-board graphics chip can hold its own when viewing videos, editing basic/normal Photoshop editing. The battery life is good enough for over 10 hours of work.
