Q: Can the screen rotate a full 360?
A: Yes - once you fold it completely flat...the keyboard becomes inoperable and typing is done by on-screen keyboard which rotates depending on how the chromebook is positioned (Portrait vs. Landscape)

A: This device is WiFi capable.
Q: Does this computer come with some version of MS Office?
A: Chromebooks cannot 'run' (or load) any traditional software, BUT you can easily work with all MS Office documents. There are several ways: You can use Google Docs or you can simply goto Office.com on the web and sign in with your free MS account. The free online version of MS Office certainly has some limitations but would probably suffice for 90% of the population.
