I love my Chromebook. It's user friendly and very fast. I highly recommend this little laptop and it's worth the price. Purchasing from Best Buy was worth it and my laptop was ready within the time frame they stated. Thanks Best Buy!!!

Bought this for my son for Christmas. The first one was a dud. Returned it and got a new one. This one works great! My son loves it. Better, brighter screen then my others son's $400 Dell Chromebook. Touch screen works great! Only downfall is that some apps don't work well even though it advertises they will. Clash of Clans and Instagram apps don't work well. Don't bother downloading Facebook app, it sucks. Just use the browser and open Facebook in there and bookmark it. Other than that, it's a great little working machine. If only they made protective clip on cover/cases for it! It's a little slippery when carrying it, especially with the rounded edges and shows lots of fingerprints. Definitely buy a soft carrying case for it.
