A little hot underneath but overall it's a beautiful product with great performance. Side note, I tried contacting everyone from all ends to get the call of duty digital download but found out this promotional item was falsely advertised. I still haven't heard anything from best buy other than them trying to give me the same code. Apparently false advertisement was lost in translation.

The laptop is amazing. It comes with a a few physical goodies as well. As someone else stated, don't expect the code for CoD BO4. I'm still happy with my purchase, regardless.
