Q: Under "Overview" and then "Features," the website says that this device has one terabyte of storage. However, according to the title the device supposedly has 512 GB of storage. Which one is correct?

A: Mine came with with 500 GB of storage. It has a M2 open slot and I was able to add a 1 TB SSD. I now have 1.5 TB of memory. It is a good laptop.

Q: Can this model do a RAM upgrade from 16 to 32 or even 64 or.. ?!?!?

A: This model supports up to 32GB DDR5 4800Mhz in one slot for a total of 40GB.

Q: It has 8 Gb soldered and 8 Gb replaceable (16 Gb total) or only 8 Gb of RAM soldered?

A: Mine came with 8gb on the board and 8gb in the slot for a total of 16gb.

Q: This looks like a great gaming laptop, but will need more memory and a 2nd SSD for my uses. What are the compatible specifications for adding in a DDR5 memory stick, and a second M.2 PCIe 4.0 SSD? Does adding these immediately void the warranty?

A: It does indeed come with 16gb not 8, so it games fast and awesome at Ultra video. I'm considering getting a 2nd SSD because 512 is a little small if install more than 3 current games. I might upgrade RAM for processing video and images, but I'll see how it goes before buying more memory.

Q: I just bought this and am curious if I can make it run faster. I’m playing an old RTS game and when a lot of units are on screen the game seems to slow down. Is there a way I can speed it up or would a ram upgrade help so it runs more smoothly?
