This laptop is good for students or if you just need an cheap laptop also it very fast and the speakers are amazing too all you need to do is take it out of S-Mode and you are good! 10/10 the only thing is that the exterior is not that hard it’s a bit week.

Overall my daughter loved this laptop, and it was great for her school work and lighter games she plays. This was a Christmas present, and only saw light use from January to March. The hinge on the left side started catching and when she tried to close it the casing and hinge snapped causing damage to the screen. She had to continue to use, as getting an appointment during the COVID shutdown was not an option. Apparently since the screen was damaged this will not be covered under warranty according to the Geek Squad representative I talked to at my appointment on 5/17. I will update once i am told the cost to fix, but i would suggest buying a different brand, or spending the money for the BB protection plan. Although at less than 500, it is tough to justify 150 for protection of something that should last at least 1 year without issues.

Laptop seems to be built well. But who cares because Windows 10 is such a miserable operating system that is click-heavy, has terrible scaling problems, and requires frequent restarts. Specifically, the wireless adapter is always disabled when the computer goes to sleep. Now it seems to be completely dead, it won't connect to the internet. When I brought the laptop to Geek Squad to fix my wireless adapter problem, they tried to update the driver which didn't fix it. Then they just told me it's a windows bug. So what did I buythe protection for?
