I strongly advise against purchasing the Asus Vivobook S15. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The laptop failed after only 6 months of use, and Asus's customer service has been abysmal. Despite taking good care of the device, Asus falsely claimed I had damaged it. They supposedly "fixed" it, but returned it with a non-functional monitor. After sending it back a second time, the laptop stopped working again shortly after. Contacting support was an exercise in frustration. I was passed between departments for over an hour, only to discover they didn't even have my basic contact information on file. Shockingly, they claimed to have no complaint department when I requested to file an official complaint. As a student, I've now been without a working laptop for over two months, severely impacting my studies and research. Asus has effectively taken my money without providing a functional product or adequate support. I'm left unable to afford a replacement and struggling to keep up with my coursework. This experience has demonstrated Asus's poor product quality and customer service. I strongly caution others against trusting this company with their hard-earned money and essential technology needs.
