I have bought these prepaid cell phone cards many times. Only once did I have a problem (from another vendor). But this time, Best Buy did not correctly activate the card in a ship to home order. So within 5 minutes of the card being delivered, I was on the phone with customer service, who said that it appeared the card was activated, but then added that it didn't appear to have been pushed through correctly. The agent did just that, and I then typed in the pin and all was OK. Basically 1 minute of hold time, 2 minutes to give my story and tell them my order email and order number, and less than 1/2 a minute for him to look everything up and activate the card. So I think an average rating is appropriate, since it was messed up in the first place, but was quickly corrected (could have been worse). Probably will pick up in store next time to avoid any issues.
