    Features

Supports resolution up to 4K UltraHD (4096 x 2160 pixels)

To help get the best picture from your 4K source.

    High Dynamic Range (HDR) Pass-Through

To significantly increase the range of both color and contrast, which creates an even more vibrant and realistic picture.

    Solid core 1.0% silver-plated conductor

To eliminate electrical and magnetic strand interaction and reduce noise. Provides much of the benefit of solid silver, reducing distortion and digital timing errors.

Triple Shielded Conductors/Solid Metal Connector Shell

Ensures signal integrity by protecting against EMI and RFI.

    Directionality

Fabricating metal conductors causes a directional grain structure. By controlling the resulting small impedance variation at Radio Interference frequencies, the cable can drain noise away from where it will cause distortion.

    Lifetime limited warranty

Lifetime repair or replacement in cases of defect.

    Hard-cell foam (HCF) insulation

    For long-lasting use.

We could get into a whole debate about whether silver on a fully digital transport is going to make a difference. If this were about analog speaker cables I'd buy it more, and possibly be interested in the Cinnamon or Vodka versions, but it isn't and I'm not. Silver plating content is the main difference to be noted in versions going up from here. Truth is they work great as a transport cable and delivered 4K content from my Oppo UDP-205 to the AVR for tv output. Looks and works fantastic and this is about my threshold for spending on HDMI cables. Buy these and don't look back because not a soul has realistically seen a significant difference in the higher ones and even then it's based on your system. And if you're reading this review, you probably haven't already bought into the snake oil of other sites' vastness of discussion nor are you at the level where you have the potential to notice. Sure there are cheaper ones out there as well that you could claim meet the spec and "get it done" -- that's a fair argument. But buy these if you're in a need like I was and Best Buy had them in stock. I'm still happy.

I started by upgrading my usual Insignia generic 3.5 mm cables for audio in my car, to the AudioQuest Wolf auxiliary connector. I immediately noticed an improvement in the audio fidelity, and realized the static I used to hear occasionally was gone. But I digress already. This 4K HDMI cable is no joke! Hooked up my new XBOX One X to a 50-inch Vizio M-Series 4K, and I can see the effective improvements it makes. A lot of people have this misconception that cables don't significantly impact picture or audio quality, but AudioQuest has scientific facts to ensure that the type of cable and the specs are extremely important! Don't let the price on this Sky cable fool you; it is well worth it and will last you longer than most others.

This cable is probably good enough for about 98% of the population. I have been running 4K HDR content with HD audio and have not had a handshake or connection hiccup. With the more robust standards required from source to output, these cables will satisfy all but those looking for the minuscule differences that are obscure to most of society. They are the right price and offer a great value. There are cables that will have a better "guarantee" of transmission purity (with more features and better interior materials), but in the digital realm, these will be hard to downplay. Only thing about this one is that it is not In-Wall rated, so be careful if that's your intention. I believe Ocean's are the next similar tier for in-wall solution (which really comes down to the outer wrapper).

ALL HDMI CABLES ARE NOT EQUAL!

First of all, please do NOT assume that all HDMI cables are the same. They are NOT! This is one area that you want to get a quality item to go with your quality electronics. A low quality HDMI will give you terrible quality for streaming, downloading, will make you have a fuzzy connection. And if you have PETS, they seem to love nibbling on skinny, cheap, thin rubber cables. THIS one is thick and wrapped in a tight protective fabric style thickness to make it much much more safe from animal chompers. Mine completely ignore it and they totally trashed cheap junky cords, cats did. I got a new 4K tv and 4K Blu-ray player. These cables are perfect! Worth EVER CENT!

I bought recently LG OLED55C6P TV. I am using comcast cable. I bought 3 different HDMI cables to see which cable provide me the best quality. 1) Rocketfish™ - 4K Ultra HD 2) AudioQuest - Ocean 4K Ultra HD 3) AudioQuest - Sky 4K Ultra HD HDMI Cable As I was using comcast cable which doesn't supply 4k content. There was not much difference with all three. But with Blu ray player by playing 4k contents it make a difference. Definitely AudioQuest - Sky 4K Ultra HD was better quality then others. But if you don't have 4k contents then Rocketfish™ - 4K Ultra HD is good enough.

i purchased this with an av receiver and wasnt expecting one heck of alot, but after i played a blu ray through it WOW !!, every blu ray i play comes out in almost 4k quality, i cant believe the difference, i upgraded from the pearl to the sky because of the because of the silver wiring inside, they have alot of weird names and can be very expensive, you dont need to lay down 200.00 for one, i saw this through a 49.00 one, im now convinced that cables really do make a difference when viewing and listening.

I bought this AudiQuest Sky HDMI cable because I knew it would provide me with an optimum viewing experience with our new Ultra HD TV. Why skimp on the viewing quality of high quality TV by using lesser quality HDMI cable to transfer it? Just for my own curiosity I used an inferior quality HDMI cable on initial hook up and then hooked up the TV with AudioQuest cable ...... yep, quite the difference! Glad I went with the AudioQuest cable, quality product at an affordable cost! I should have bought a second one at the time.

This is a good quality, expensive cable i guess. I guess because i didnt really see its potential due to again hdcp limitations . I hooked this from my sony ubp 800 player thru bose soundtouch 300 input and yes it didnt work bec my tv is old its not UHD and its connected to my bose by a non hdcp hdmi cable, so blame it to my old stuff. And im not a fan of hooking up all my devices to my tv and use the tv’s audio to play on my bose. So, im gonna return toi the whole bose soundtouch 300.
