I purchased the AVG virus protection download. Did not have any trouble downloading and installing the software. After installation, the software was still showing the trial period and not the full protection. I went to the AVG online chat support. I chatted with a rep, and within 10 minutes or less the problem was solved. Very impressed. I have had no trouble since. Highly recommend the AVG full protection .

I love avg products but in truth i was a but of a challenge to download and get working due to best buy set up but awesome products
