Doll was beautiful. I had the same issue as a previous reviewer. Got this as a collector's item but it's busted all up and outside packaging was not. A lot of my shipped items have been like this so leads me to believe they may have been this way before shipped? Disappointing to say the least.

I received this doll at curbside service. Anyone knows that holiday Barbies are collector’s items! The box was damaged and open. And the plastic was cracked and open. BIG DISSATISFACTION!
