If it is not obvious this is a review of the game and will have SPOILERS! If you don't take the ending of this game into account this was a good game. The controls are good if you stand, definitely one that you'd want to use the move controllers in. And again standing is highly recommended. If you must sit down have the chair pushed far enough back that you can sit on the edge or when you have to reach down to get one of the tools on the belt you will have trouble.. And you will be leaning and reaching so make sure you have plenty of around you. The gameplay is fun. Do not expect an action game as this is more about exploring and finding clues than punching thugs. Their solution to movement is nothing new but it works. The voice acting is well done on everybody BESIDES Batman. As most of the time he sounds like he's half asleep. Which giving the ending may be, but it was still boring hearing him speak. And oh that "ending". We all now how you end a game is as important or maybe more important than the whole of the game it self. Just look at the Mass Effect series. The ending can make you feel fulfilled and happy you spent the time to play it to the end. This did not. In a simplified explanation Both me and my brother had the same re-action separately "What?" then "That was it?". But looking deeper this game committed , what I feel, is one of the biggest cardinal sins in storytelling in genaral not just games. And also one of the laziest the whole "It was all a dream" cliche. I could see it coming too when Batman found Nightwing murdered I just was hoping they wouldn't do that most obvious.lazy way of an ending. Not only did they do the whole It Was All A Dream bit, but they followed an annoying trend in media right now. That is to make people pay attention they think "Let's make this as weird as possible and with as many jump scares as possible." If you have a game that Jump Scares are a main part of it like Until Dawn then sure. But felt like they just shoe-horned it in at the last minute because they couldn't think of any better way to end it. So to sum up. It was fun. Alot of fun actually and the voice acting was good. Controls worked. But had too little of a story and a horrible end. And if you need to make a game after the game to pad it out....You needed to make the main game better. The ending left such a bad flavor in my mouth I found it difficult going back to do the Riddler content and my brother will not play any more of it.

Although I don't agree that there is a Killer Game yet for PSVR, I do think THIS is thee killer experience. It is phenomenal to experience but at 90 minutes and the type of gameplay, it really is more of a greatly fleshed out experience. Something you would expect them to add into a Arkham Definitive Collection or something. PSVR and Move required, you play as Batman in purely a detective role. I will say that not having play Arkham Knight yet, I felt very lost. I don't know if that is from not playing Knight or if it was really just that far out there, but it was still awesome. After completing the story, you then unlock the Riddler Challenges that allow you to revisit each area and make even more use out of the VR. I have only had two games that I did not have truly enough room because of reaching for things that are lower... this and Job Simulator. If you are tight on space, then this will be a little more difficult to move around in, mostly just reaching down to the left or right while on a couch. Must play experience of any VR right now!

Wow. Just wow. Who doesn't want to step into the boots of Batman (you literally do everything else but that)? Nothing beats looking down and seeing your belt with a few gadgets. I will say the story mode is only about an hour, but the value squeezed into that hour is amazing. I have gone through the story a little over two times and will keep going back, and not just because once you beat the game you can go back and solve/find the Riddler puzzles/trophies (which adds at least another 90+ minutes), but there's nothing like when you try on the Batsuit and enter the bat cave for the first time. There's also a little batarang shooting range which is fun to try a few times. The graphics and the diverse gameplay are really second to none in the few vr games I've played and makes me wish for a full-length game in the same vein. A no brainer. (Also I bought this with my gamer's club discount so I got $4 off so even more so a no brainer). Playstation has a win with this exclusive title.

I love this game! The sense of immersion and feeling like, "I'm The Batman!!" is a lil powerful, altho your not fighting anyone, which is a bit of a negative, but I understood there is no "real action" in the game as the player going in so it's no biggie because the game is so fun for what's there. I love the feeling of trying to solve crimes, having my trusty utility belt, and the one to one motion tracking. I'm not finished with it but if I can say there is a let down, it's the Batarangs. The "auto pilot" when you throw them is a bit wack but, eh, I don't mind it too much. I wish the Rocksteady would come back to this and put out another, more fleshed out Batman VR sequel. They were pretty emphatic that they were done with Batman series. Anyway, great game, overally, but could be even greater with more time.

You will need a Playstation VR unit to play this game. This is one of the best, if not the best, VR game available currently. It puts you in the boots of Batman while you solve a murder mystery in Gotham. There are tons of easter eggs and things to interact with while you are playing. You play by using the Move controllers as your VR hands in the world, you can look all over and use some bat gadgets to help solve puzzles in the area. The game is about an hour long for the main story, but you will want to go back to continue to find easter eggs, to mess around or to find all the hidden Riddler secrets that appear once you have cleared the game. Finding these will unlock models in the game to view in VR. You won't believe how immersive the VR is until you play it for yourself. If you are a fan of Batman or VR, for sure pick this up. At the $20 price point you can't go wrong! Highly Recommended

An incredible game for longtime batman fans - As a budget title, this game immerses you in the world of the dark knight. It easily has some of the best visuals of any of the PSVR launch games, and really makes good use of the motion sensor technology as well. From the minute you put on Batman's gloves and cowl, you actually feel the weight of the story unfolding on your shoulders. Though it's a little on the short side, the replay-ability is high given all of the added bonus content, puzzles, and just the insane amount of little details that Rocksteady used to populate Batman's world. I especially recommend this game to anyone who is a fan of the Arkham games. Hearing Mark Hamil reprise his role as the Joker once again was worth it alone.

This game takes a little work to setup, make sure you get the tracking and your position setup. Once you get all the technical stuff setup this game is great. First off it is a short game that you can speed through in an hour. But it has small games you can come back to to complete fully. But as soon as the menu loads, wow on top of a building looking around Gotham city was amazing. the VR is great, no motion sickness but there is an elevator part that might mess with your balance. If you are sensitive to motion like that make sure you're prepared for that it really makes you feel like you're going down. So with gamers club you get your discount and even at $20 this game was worth it. batman fans must place this.
