I like the original Battlestar Galactica. I grew up watching that show. I thought this was going to be the same or similar, but it was not. I would not recommend this to those that like the original. Still overall, I think it is okay.

I watched the series sporadically and generally love sci fi movies/series. I was a little late to the game with BG. Enjoyed both these discs. Watching this with blu ray makes a big diff.
