Works as advertised. The braided cable doesn't kink, the attached band serves as a cable tie, and the magnet keeps the connector off the floor which prevents it from getting damaged.

Works great! The magnet is really awesome, because you can attach it to something metal and have it be off the ground. I put the magnet on my filing cabinet next to my bed, so I can have my phone right by my bed with the cord off the ground.
