I don't recommend buying this. Here's why. I got mine in May after paying just under $20. By October, my iPhone 5s was regularly saying the accessory wasn't supported. This usually means something is wrong with the cable, or the jack, and since all other cables worked fine, the problem had to be something within the Belkin charging dock. No big deal, I thought. It's under warranty. I'll contact Belkin, and they'll replace it. I contacted Belkin, sent them my receipt via email (as I was instructed) and waited for a response within the specified time. I didn't get one, so I contacted Belkin's customer service again. I spoke with a really nice guy who said his name was "Nick" (I have his ID number as well). Originally, Nick told me I'd need to pay for shipping the item back, but when I explained I already paid to have it shipped TO me, and since it's defective, I shouldn't really have to pay to ship it back as well, and he agreed and he sent me a pre-paid shipping label. Then Nick said that, unfortunately, they didn't have any replacements in stock, and wouldn't for another several months. They also didn't have anything comparable. I told Nick that Belkin made some similar docs, and I'd be fine with one of them, but he told me they didn't consider them proper replacements for what I had, and offered me the amount I originally paid for my dock as a credit, but the credit would only be good in Belkin's online store. I told him I'd be fine with this, as long as the prices for similar items were comparable to the prices on Amazon, where I originally purchased my dock. Problem is, the prices on Belkin's online store turned out to be MUCH higher. In fact, the closest item to mine - the one I paid around $20 for, was about $40 on Belkin's store. I told Nick that wasn't okay - I shouldn't have to pay another $20 for them to replace an item that's still under warranty, but he said I'd either have to wait for the replacement to come back in stock, or else I'd have to go with the credit in Belkin's store. I decided to take the former option, and I'm currently waiting for my replacement. So, A) I wouldn't recommend buying this item because mine broke within 5 months of purchase, and B) Belkin did a terrible job making this right. There were things they could have done - which I suggested - including replacing my item with a version they had in stock, or giving me an Amazon store credit, or just refunding my money. They didn't do any of these things. I'd be inclined to forgive them for the product breaking if their customer service reacted properly, but since they didn't, I can't recommend this, or any Belkin product.
