A: Each is 4 quarts, for a total of 8 quarts. That is why it is not called a 16 quart fryer.
A: I did. Added some Clorox to the soapy water and had to do it a couple times. Let it sit for a little too. It does come out
Q: can we use one basket ? when not in need
A: Yes. Each side is set separately.
A: My wife has problems, but uses her fingernail to press the buttons. I believe they are resistive buttons rather than capacitive. I have good luck deliberately pressing the buttons without touching fingernails.
A: Yes did you check the baskets…mine was inside one of them. It’s a small booklet roughly 5.5x5.5”. This is what it looks like. Hope this helps!
Q: Is this teflon and BPA free? I can't find the materials
A: It is Teflon, not sure about BPA
Q: Can you make big or small pizza on it
A: Yes a very, very small one say for like a toddler 2-3 yrs old. See pics… the 1st & 2nd ones are both 7x7. The last one is 5x5. Not worth the trouble for that small thing at least not for a pizza. I use mine to make a mini frittata for 1.
