This thing is really handy for listening to audiobooks. With a rubber band I attached the player to it and it's like a single unit MP3 player with a speaker. It's small and light and fits in my shirt pocket comfortably with the player attached.
It's probably not good enough for music but for spoken word stuff it's great. And even for music it's better than some players that have speakers.
