Because of the pandemic I waited a while to get in home service but the wait was well worth it. The Mr. John Geek was extremely knowledgeable, polite, was able to multi-task, on time, attentive to my problems. He got everything resolved, quickly and efficiently . Don't lose this Geek, anyone would be proud to have him as an employee . I recommend the service without reservation. My home advisor lead the way thru phone calls during the pandemic to getting me help as soon as the guide lines allowed for home service and then I think I was sent their Ace Geek. Soooo pleased. Kudos to Paul and John for a job well done.
I am a retired office worker with my husband who stills works part time. We are not as handy as we used to be with keeping up with the new technologies. The tech service with Best Buy has been a God send. I don’t even consider shopping anywhere else. They are so professional and knowledgeable. We have two houses one in Ky and one in Fl. Have had tv’s installed in both and multiple computers.
Was a long day for technician but he called said he was still coming but would be later in evening. Showed up and did install, we had been waiting for awhile due to covid-19, technician was awesome and did outstanding job on install. Well done Bestbuy for having dedicated installers.
I had a good discount when I got my new tv mounting, and sound bar. I'm looking forward to get help on other installations and see how is going. I did not know they also have a 3ed party contractors, for tv mounting or maybe for others too. Not happy with the tv mounting, they left all my cables out hanging out the walls. They did not set up my tv, with my cable box, neither pair the sound bar with my tv, very sloppy work, compared with my last tv mount in my daughter room, was very neat, and very professional, and that was geek squad. I have to go to the store to have this fix it, and I did scheduled for the 23th. I'm hoping they finish the job, and making look all good, and set up my tv properly, and sound bar.
We got the help we needed to get our 65” installed on the wall. The guy followed all the COVID-19 guidance to protect everybody against the virus. He was wearing mask, shoes protectors, gloves. He left everything clean and ready to enjoy our tv.
The service plan is defiantly the way to go. It is a good price. I haven't used it yet because the items are new but I am confident you will be there for me if anything goes wrong. I have never had a bad experience with Best Buy.
The installers were very professional and courteous even during this coronavirus pandemic, they took precautions. They also were very detail oriented and we appreciated the time they took to make the installation perfect.
