This membership renews automatically each year, and your chosen card will be charged $199.99, or the then-current price, plus tax, on your yearly renewal date unless you cancel before then by calling 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289) or by managing subscriptions on your BestBuy.com account.
We will send you advance notice of membership renewal to the email address you provide, including notice of any price changes.

My Honest Thoughts

Very disappointing. Have not been able to get one yet. They had an event today but BestBuy kept postponing it to a later time. Long story short did NOT get one. Honestly feel like its a big scam, probably have better odds winning a POWERBALL/MEGAMILLIONS

Super helpful service and message, i didnt have to lift a finger to get it fixed!

- A:Answer Profits, Best Buy executives caught on to the number of consumers paying over retail price from various shopping outlets. Do you know how many customers of Best Buy will purchase thinking that the "Best Buy Totaltech" will solidify their chance of purchasing a next gen video gaming system?... It's not about combating bots but just to maximize profits... As consumers we do have the purchasing power to say enough is enough by not buying into this madness but we all must be behind the cause.

Q: QuestionDoes this cover major repairs on major appliances for 2 years? For example, if the computer module on a kitchenaid true convection wall oven microwave combo went bad, would this "total protection" protect me from any associated costs for this?

- A:Answer Read the fine print. there is a fee associated with every claim so it it’s not cost free. Also if replacement parts or recondition parts are not available they’ll give you some prorate amount for new unit.
