Customers enjoy the convenience of a 4-slice toaster. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the toaster's build quality, noting that it feels flimsy and may damage delicate bread items. The plastic material has been described as lightweight. Improvements in durability and design are suggested by some customer feedback.

My boyfriend and I have our own "sides" to the toaster. I leave my side set to my preference of toastyness and he has his. However, If we or anyone else ever wants to change the setting, it is so hard to see. The numbers on the knobs are not bold at all, they are thin and small. The knob itsself is a little small. but the main problem is that arrow on the knob which points to the setting you want and that little arrow is almost INVISIBLE. It's the same color and texture of the knob and is soooooooooooo small! I do not recommend getting this for your grandparents or people who have a hard time seeing unless you plan on painting the knob yourself. However, if you don't mind that annoyance, this is a great toaster! No complaints on performance here!

Within the first two months, one of the handles has completely fallen off and needs to constantly be re-attached. Thinner items like Pop Tarts and some frozen waffles even fall THROUGH the toaster rack if you're not being careful enough. And the knob settings are very difficult to read. You get what you pay for...
