Wow...just Wow!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wow... Just... Wow. My couch was disgusting with old dog drool and it smelled awful. This was easy and quick to use (I hate reading instructions and this came with a quick guide and was super easy to read and follow). The pieces were all logical to put together. And then to actually use it was really easy. Note: If the Bissell stops working it's because the dirty water container needs to be emptied. Otherwise, such smooth use...and my couch is literally like new!!!

Took antique sofa from 0 to 10.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have an antique sofa that my 135lb lab took to sleeping on, and got it almost beyond repair. I figured i could invest a little money in a machine to clean it and if it didn't wirky, I could chunk the sofa. But now I have a new sofa! It worked so well. It's easy to use, and so easy to clean. Other machines I've used seem to never get fully clean, but the jet attachment and the way everything breaks apart makes this a breeze to keep from getting yucky. Now I can't wait to use it in my husband's car!

Mean green machine
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This little monster packs a punch. Was great at picking up water and easy to use. My only negative is that the intake reservoir is a bit small amd leaks when going to empty it out so be close to a drain area when removing. They could have done better there with gaskets and such. Over all, not bad.

Buy it NOW!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is THE best stain remover I’ve ever used. I originally bought this to clean the interior if my car and was both disgusted and amazed by how much filth it unearthed (I drive a 10 year old use car). But what really impressed me was how easily it removed the stain on my mattress. This stain had been sitting for over a year and I thought surely it was a lost cause but the Bissell SpotClean took that stain out soo easily! It looks good as new! Go buy this right now, I you won’t regret it!

Solid Cleaner
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works well. Thought I was purchasing a steamer but this is more of a cleaner. The water does heat up but not near as hot as a steamer. Cleans well and worth the price,

||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing little machine I’m absolutely blown away with how much it can handle. Definitely takes a few passes but whatever it is it can take care of it. I use it in my car on the rugs inside my house my couch mattresses literally anything I can. All in all I totally suggest. Thanks!

Look no further, this is the vacuum you need.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The suction does not need to be super powerful because it does the job as it is. I love this vacuum; literal love at first sight! (I had been waiting to get the right vacuum which explains why my seats are dirty but excuse that) In the photos, before and after, I was amazed and I only went over it twice!!

Q: QuestionHow is the suction on this machine?
Asked by Gina.
- A:Answer Horrible... it left water on a smooth surface.. I tried a small area on the couch and it stayed super wet..

Q: QuestionCan this be used to clean upholstery? I want something to remove smells and stains from my couch and dining chairs without damaging the upholstery.
Asked by Claudia.
- A:Answer Yes, Claudia! The Little Green is meant for spot cleaning your carpet, stairs and upholstery.

Q: QuestionIs this good for cleaning fabric couches?
Asked by Jenny.
- A:Answer Yes I purchased this for that exact purpose. My child spilled a soda on said couch and left a stain on there, I did try to clean up as much as I could with towels but I ended up buying this and it left it like new. No stains, only trade off was that for me the couch was wet for about 20 to 24 hours. It was worth it though.

Q: QuestionHow hot does this get
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer It keeps the water nice and warm, but not what I would consider "hot". Completely guessing, but I'll say around 100°F. Aside from that, it cleans really well, is light and easy to move, and the tanks are easy to pop on and off for filling/cleaning. It's a nice little machine for the money, just don't expect it to steam. I hope that helps!

Q: QuestionIs this a steamer?
Asked by Nikky.
- A:Answer No, this is not a steamer. It uses water and a cleaning detergent which is sprayed onto the stain, then using the included brush on the attachment head you rub the cleaner into the stain and wait a few minutes, then vacuum up any liquid.

Q: QuestionIs this good for cleaning Stairs?
Asked by Kim.
- A:Answer This machine is good for it's size and convenience. So for stairs it will be better than other larger machines. For really tough jobs- I would use a wet vac with the Bissell cleaning liquid, for more power to suck out more liquid from the carpet. Make sure to follow the directions for pre-treating the carpet. When I left the cleaning liquid on for 10 minutes, I got better results.

Q: QuestionDoes this work with shag rugs?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer I think it would take too long to do a rug. This is better suited for small areas. I used it on a small fabric recliner and it took a good 20 minutes. I can’t imagine how long it would take to do an area rug. Much better for spot cleaning.

Q: QuestionHow do you know if the water heater element is working? The unit is a pro-heat, but only has one switch. My other little green machine had a switch. No warm water even after a few minutes, wondering if it’s broken??
Asked by Supaphil.
- A:Answer It's so odd that the description would say this: Tackle spills and messes fast with this Bissell Little Green ProHeat portable carpet cleaner. The built-in water heater adds the power of heat to cleaning stains and spots, and the 48-oz. tank provides ample cleaning capacity for efficient use. Put the crevice tool on this BISSELL Little Green ProHeat portable carpet cleaner for effortless cleaning of upholstery and car seats. That would imply it has a built-in water heater. Not that it keeps the warm water you added at the same temperature.
