Q: I currently have BitDefender Total Security (5-device) on my PC. My subscription will expire in mid of May 2021. If I buy this BitDefender from BestBuy, can I wait until the beginning of May to activate it?

A: I purchased my subscription 1 month prior to the end of my current subscription. The download stayed in my Best Buy download library until today when my prior subscription expired. I just went to the library and downloaded it. It automatically connected to my Bitdefender account and updated my account.
