I really love(d) this vacuum. So much so that I bought another. However, the first purchase has stopped charging. Hoping the manufacturer responds and replaces item so I can update to the 5 stars I want to give this product. When charging and working, the item was a life saver, especially if you have kids. Lightweight and easy to use, it would pick up the small items and dust/dirt. Don’t get it confused with a full vacuum for big items. This was best to pick up Cheerios or bread crumbs from feeding baby/toddler. I want it working again!!

The product was good for the price, lightweight, maneuvers great.a breeze to empty and clean. Comes with a handy tool for the bar brush.I got it for linoleum flooring. Barely after 2 weeks the spinning stopped and completely shuts off. I thought maybe I could exchange it. I like the product a lot. It’s also cordless. BEST buy has made it impossible for a resolution online Because it states no longer “returnable “. Remember by the time I received it in the mail, got to it and put it together, Charged and tried it thoroughly ( NOT very good on -flat carpet). Looks like they force u to buy “ protection plan”. If I wanted to pay about $100 I would just get an upgrade somewhere. They need to give time and resolutions. Not force to buy extra headache.if u sell a defective product then something should be done to remedy the problem.i wanted and like the product.its not functioning, also as advertised.
