If you know and like BlackBerry you will like this phone. I love the gestures of BB10, the hub and physical KB. I side loaded SNAP and have the ability to load my google apps. The volume is great but not as crisp/clear as the M9 but easy to hear over speaker phone. I love that it has an SD card. Being able to swipe R to L to delete a word is a real time saver. I like the extra space with the 4.5" display.

this by far is the largest blackberry to date. It's running blackberry OS 10.3.1.1372 which has blackberry assistant. The phone runs fast and smooth so far. It does take a slight learning curve to get used to, but once you get used to it, it's not that bad at all. I did get a very static interruption on one phone call and I'm not too sure if it's the network or the phone. Other than that I like the phone so far.
