Great purchase if you do not already own DVDs
I personally feel that this series is one of the better Fighting anime out there. I have watched other shows (Dragon Ball & Naruto), but always felt this show to be superior. That said, I am referring to the Manga story line...not the filler seasons. The show has the perfect balance of action, comedy, suspense and seriousness.
Honestly, this was an unnecessary purchase. I already own the series on DVD. However, the sound and video quality is better. I can now look to sell or give away my DVD set which will open up more space on my shelf.

One of my favorite Shows
I am so happy that they finally put Bleach on a Blu Ray. My only complaint is how few episodes actually make it into each box set. I know that is not Best Buy's fault, but it would be nice to have more episodes.

Great set
The blu ray set is in the original aspect ratio which is a huge relief. I hate the chopping some sets do like DBZ. The only bad thing here is the slip cover may be damaged in shipping.
