This pan works great on low to medium heat. Nothing sticks, and the pan is virtually clean after use. We've even used it without adding oil or butter. We haven't tried it on high heat for fear of ruining the pan. We've used it dozens of times, and it still looks new.

I like the pan and it works good for frying eggs. The only problem with this pan, it gets black marks on the side. I wash it really good but still has the marks.

Two weeks after purchasing and the food was already sticking to the pan and burning, I do not recommend it
