I purchased it for speech recognition to dictate with my Dragon Dictation. It does the trick, and it is very accurate. The only issue is the court is not that long. Otherwise, very functional product and accurate microphone

This is not a sleek, minimalist, elegant headset; it looks more like something that an air traffic controller would use. However, it is a comfortable, easy to position, and extremely accurate Bluetooth headset that is ideal for dictating with Dragon NaturallySpeaking or similar software. It has a great noise canceling microphone and a very long-lasting battery. It gives great clarity when talking on cell phone also. I highly recommend it.

After some research I purchased this set because it was on sale. I really wanted the C400XT which Best Buy does not carry, plus they are more expensive. I like the fact of the long battery life. I actually had them turned on all day & all night they were still good to go that morning. If you want to use the app you need to download that BEFORE pairing it to your phone. Although I don't see the benefit of the app. It may depend on what model you have but this is good info to have. I can be heard very clearly but the sound on my end is sometimes static & far away sounding. This is after a full charge so that isn't the problem. I have only had this for 3 days so I probably need to make some adjustments somewhere. The reason I gave it 2 stars is because for me it is extremely uncomfortable. It could be because I wear glasses. The headset presses the glasses against my temples & it is quite painful. Also the end of the headset sits right on your other temple & it keeps that side of your face sore. Also ladies if you have long hair it tends to get tangled up in it as you try to remove the headset. I did not try putting it over a hat for fear I might break it. I also have soft hair so the headset tends to slide off at times. If you don't wear glasses this may be a great headset for you. I am really trying to like this but I will probably return it for the traditional type that fit into the ear. If Best Buy ever gets the C 400XT I may try that as it can be worn as a headset or behind the ear. If the headband was padded maybe it could be more comfortable to wear for long periods. I find myself constantly removing it due to the comfort level. For this reason I would not recommend it.
