Q: Questionwhen charging headset how long for charging do i keep it plugged in ?

- A:Answer It takes about 3 hours from an almost dead headset. I will usually leave it plugged in all night. You can tell when it's fully charged by the blue light. Red...not charged or it's plugged in and charging. Hope this helps.

Q: QuestionDoes it work with Ring Central softphone? One touch answer incoming calls using the multi function button?

- A:Answer I know this is a year too late, but hopefully this might help someone in the future. Out of the box, none of the buttons will answer a call. Downloading the blue parrott app to change the functionality doesn't work, either. So, I can't walk away from my desk at all if I expect a call. I can't mute myself, either. Lastly, I can't hang up the call. I can change the volume, and that's about it.

Q: QuestionI work in education. Can this headset be used/paired to a wireless speaker? If so, how? I currently use my cell phone to listen via wireless speaker. Is there another way to connect that does not include a cell phone?

- A:Answer I am not sure. I have never tried it that way. Theoretically if you can pair both of them then you could use it.
