Q: There is a lot of discount on this item, I'd like to know if it is returnable once purchased?
A: I purchased my "BOB" with this thought in mind as well. Now, I would not think of returning it. I have two cats and after several months of using my "Bob" it has become a necessary appliance in my home. I am able to accomplish other tasks while BoB is vacuuming. I do clean the brush and also make sure the well is emptied by the dock before each use. If I was not satisfied with the produce, I would definitely have returned it within the return policy of Best Buy.
A: Virtually all smart appliances/devices/bulbs etc... have to use a 2.4ghz network. You're going to have to figure out how to turn that on in your router. Google your router model and 2.4ghz network if you need to.
A: Mine worked great on my bedroom carpet
Q: I have two questions.... doesn't it clean covers and edges? How well does it clean edges?
A: It has a camera to help it get right to the edge and allow thorough cleaning.
A: It's all one unit. There's a vacuum bag in the charging station that the vacuum empties into when it returns to the charging station. You can also control both functions from the app.
Q: What kind of cleaning solution can I use
A: Just water - everything else can damage the machine. I use distilled water to avoid hard water damage, as well. If there are spots that need a cleaning solution, they can easily be sponged up by hand.
Q: Does the hair get tangled in the sweeper?
A: It depends on what type of brush roller you attach. They are both included in the box.
Q: mop and sweep do same time or we have to change it?
A: You need to add the mop cloth and add water to the reservoir in order to mop, so it's a separate function. I always vacuum first before mopping anyway, so it's a non-issue.

Cool little cleaner
I love this little vacuum robot. It is great, it knows what to sweep and vacuum, out of the box it ran like a dream, really intuitive, the app is really user friendly, very easy to use, support through the app provides a wealth of information. First time using it, it does take a while to map out the house, but the second time it was quicker and as time goes on it shrinks from an hour to about 15 minutes, mopping doesn’t replace a full mop job personally but again I only have it mop on the weekends and it’s serves its purpose and you may just have to spot mop after that. I would highly recommend this as a starter robot vacuum mop, and in due time I would upgrade to another bObsweep, but that’s gonna be 2-3 years down the road. For the price it is a great investment.

Great little robot with strong power
I really like how well the UltraVision Pet Robot works. Easy app use and mapping of the home. Picks up dirt and debris very well. This robot has lots of suction power which is great when you have animals. Constant dog hair!! And the self emptying is awesome. I do wish it would self empty when it’s full instead of waiting until it has vacuumed the entire house. I did notice it has a harder time emptying when it is overly full. Seems like there should be a sensor inside that lets it know when to go back to the home station to empty then continue where it left off. I love how I can just choose which rooms to vacuum when I want and can schedule a day and time. I haven’t tried the mopping yet but seems pretty easy to set up. Overall, I am really pleased with my new purchase!!

Better then I expected
“This smart vacuum has been a total game changer. Setup was quick, the app is easy to use, and I love being able to start a cleaning from my phone. Also, does a great job at mapping out the house and rooms. It navigates really well around furniture and doesn’t miss spots like my old vacuum did. Floors look consistently clean, and it handles pet hair better than I expected. Definitely worth the purchase.”
