I'm 60 years old and just beginning an exercise program on my doctor's advice. I found Sunshine's Beginners Exercise DVD with Lift Weights to be just what I needed to inspire me! I find it refreshingly simple and very easy to follow compared to the complicated, hard to follow, DVD's I've tried. She first shows you how to do each exercise and then has you follow along, reminding you to breath and to drink water. At my age, all I really want are some simple, easy to follow instructions on strength training, and that is exactly what Sunshine provides in her DVDs.
