For the price, the Aquapod is a great little speaker. Out of the box, it comes with 3 ways to mount/connect it. There is a small lanyard, a nice caribiner, and a suction cup. We use the suction cup to mount on the shower wall (see attached pic). The sound is surprisingly good and very easy to pair and operate. The speaker comes already charged and once it ran low on battery, it charged fairly quick. The sound is plenty loud for a small room or in the shower. I would not consider it as a good “party” speaker as you would likely benefit from getting one bigger that can fill up a larger room. Overall, a great purchase!

Pairing – Easy to pair with iPhone. Size – fits perfect in hand. Sound – quality good and it packs a punch for its size. Very little sound distortion at high volume level. Audio cable - good length Soft buttons - easy to read and push dry or wet. Wall mount easy to slide on and off and the suction works well on glass and tile surface. Safety lanyard – recommend it be adjustable to fit on the wrist. Bike mount -fits securely on bike and elliptical Karabiner – the locking feature on the Karabiner gives you a peace of mind that the aquapod will not come off while attached to your backpack while hiking or running. Rating – I give it a 5 out of 5 and I will recommend it to family and friends

Packaging: Great package with viewing window. Inside was neat and organized with a lot of little extras (suction cup, lanyard, handlebar strap) Sound: The sound quality is great for the size of the speaker, not much bass but that wasn't expected from a palm sized speaker. Waterproof: I mean... it's waterproof, what else can be said? Functions: The buttons are easy to push, the pairing was flawless and the speaker talks to you to tell you you're paired, making it virtually dummy proof. Durability: The speaker is put together very well, the rubber ring around it is a nice cushion for short drops, etc. It's alltogether a stout little speaker Reason for 4 stars: When using the included charging cord (no included charging brick), the speaker makes a loud buzzing sound. I tried multiple bricks, thinking that might be the issue and it didn't make a difference. When I plugged a standard phone charging brick with a phone charging cord, the buzzing is gone. It seems like the included cable is not thick enough, or it's not insulated enough. The noise is noticeable and irritating. All in all, the speaker is a nice, compact, portable and WATERPROOF option. Just make sure you have your own charging cord for it, or charge it in an area that you're not going to be in.
