The Boost Mobile version of the LG X Charge is, at first glance, a fairly unassuming phone. The screen, cpu, memory, and storage are lacking compared to many devices even a year or two older, but it comes with two HUGE benefits - It is a battery life BEAST, and it's priced well. The user experience, in general, should feel familiar to anyone coming from another LG device. The only thing different than previous LG phones was the lack of an app-tray and everything being stored on-screen. This is easily changed with an app-tray app and utilizing the built in 'hide' feature to remove unwanted items from view. Regarding hardware, the LG X Charge 'only' uses an IPS screen and not an OLED, only 16gb of storage instead of 32-64gb, and sports a somewhat mediocre 8-core processor; For me, this is easily overlooked for the benefit of a longer lasting battery and a highly accessible price-point. I was pleasantly surprised by the great call quality, pictures that are decent enough for general shots, and did I mention battery life for days? The LG X Charge easily goes 2 days for me before getting to 30% unless I am solidly playing a game or watching videos for hours on end. While I may miss some of the bells and whistles a more expensive phone would offer, I am reveling in a feeling of freedom from a constant cycle of limiting phone use to ration my battery throughout a day or constantly finding a place to charge up. If you need battery life, you have found your phone. If you need a brilliant screen or can't stand an extra few seconds of loading time, you may want to look elsewhere.

I purchased this phone for my hubby for Christmas. I played with it before giving it to him and it is a quality phone. I still own my LG Stylo 2 which they no longer sell so I had to get him this one and we are both happy. He loves it a lot ! The screen is nice and large and everything needed is included in this phone. Bye bye to the cheapo Android he had and hello to this LG X Charge!!
