Got this device for use as a media player, so can't say much about the actual signal, but I will say that any Motorola phone I've used and currently use, all have done if the best cellular signal and Android UI stability. I got it for $50 with a $0 activation to get the deal price, and for this price, the device is well worth it. You get 16gb of internal storage and a slot for micro SD memory card which can be used as adoptable storage (dedicated internal storage) or like a regular secondary storage (default configuration). Even at it's full $99 price tag, this device is well worth the asking price. Of course if I was to use it as a phone, is buy the unlocked version with ability to unlock the bootloader as this device is fully capable of running custom firmware, but the boost variant probably is locked down in all regards, still for $50, I can't complain, I didn't get it for development purposes and that's okay in this case. However, if you are looking to unlock it's bootloader, do not buy this version, get the unlocked variant, and if there isn't an unlocked variant (likely there is), you can always grab a T-Mobile version, which is usually guaranteed to have an unlockable bootloader. For all other purposes this phone will suffice the average user on a budget or just someone looking for a beater phone that runs smoothly.

Bought this for my niece. She loves it! She said the battery lasts her almost 2 days without charging. Phone runs smoothly and the camera takes great pictures.

The phone is a necessity to have for my volunteer work. The phone I had previously broke when dropped. This one is well protected. I can download some of the apps I can really use without using up all of my space.
