100 Series 24" Tall Tub Built-In Dishwasher with Stainless-Steel Tub
I love this dishwasher. It is so quiet that we have to be quiet in order to hear it running. The dishes come out so clean. I wasn't sure about the no disposer. It's great with the high power wash. A friend of ours just bought one for his house too.
There are still always some things ( a knife put in crowded with other items, or a serving spoon with rice stuck to it) that need a hand-finishing-touch, but overall does a good enough job. We got it on a slight sale. Was recommended by Consumer Reports. We have NOT had any problems with any odor (as I had seen in other reviews) - just have to know to remove and rinse out the filter in the bottom (it does not have a "garbage disposal" built into it.)
I wanted something that was in the middle of the price range. Did some research before purchasing. Very pleased so far. Has to be the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned. Pleased with the cleaning results so far.

I bought this washer model based on the Consumer Report rating and I concur with their recommendation as the best machine in the $500-600 range. I have used it for over a week, 3 times already and my dishes , utensils, vita mix container, pots, pans and lids, etc. all came out clean & shine., and dried. I did not have to pre-scrub the dishes. I used Finish quantum detergent and its dry jet rinse aid as the manufacture suggests. I adjusted my rinse aid to level 2 as my house has hard water so that my plastic things do not show white residue of mineral on the surface.
After the installer pulled our old dishwasher he noticed the new one had a dent on the door. He installed it so we would have something until a replacement could be provided. He immediately informed both Best Buy and the install company of the situation while still at our home. My husband also went to the store from which we had purchased it to follow up & re-order. A few days later I received a voicemail from a person at Best Buy asking why we needed a new machine since they were not aware of any issues. The person left their name and extension requesting I call back. Well I have just made my 4th attempt but no one answers at that extension & there is no voicemail set up. I have now gone through the store operator who also could not connect me & then told me the person I was trying to reach was now on break. Not thrilled with this experience of customer service. Ido look forward to the replacement since the machine itself works fine. One may want to consider purchasing from a store with better customer service in case there are unforeseen issues.
2nd BOSCH dishwasher owned and got to say as good or better than the 1st. Upgraded the 1st one we owned to this SS model to match other appliances and its quieter, hard to believe but it is and cleans items as expected, spotless every time. With the discounted/sales price, a no brainer decision. Took older BOSCH model and installed it in NH condo because it still ran as if it was brand new. Got ride of original Frigidaire model that there when purchased so win win at both places.
This dishwasher is the best I have ever own. It washes so quietly and cleanly. I looked all over the wen and read many reviews regarding the usual brands like KitchenAid and Whirpool and ended up buying this one based on all of the great reviews. Delivery was on time with no issues.
Very happy with this dishwasher and Best Buy prices and delivery and installation. Looks great and is VERY quiet. It has a short cycle that runs just 30 minutes and is adequate for our purposes because we pre-rinse our dishes. Let me address some of the complaints I saw on other reviews. 1) Some people have said it has a bad odor. I suspect they previously had a dishwasher with a self-cleaning filter (I did) and they have not cleaned the filter. It is very easy to clean periodically and should stop any odor problem. 2) No dry cycle. True. My prior dishwasher had a dry cycle but if you are sure to keep the rinse aid filled and let the dishes remain in the dishwasher for a little while after the cycle ends most will be dry, the exception being the tops of items that are concave like some glasses or bowls. An indicator light reminds you to refill the rinse aid when it is low. 3) Low capacity. I will admit it takes a little practice to load efficiently. It will accept many dishes, but bowls are a little tricky because of the close placement of the tines, although some fold flat. My only complaint is there is no signal that the dishes are clean once the cycle has completed. It does beep but once the beep stops there is no indication as to whether the dishes inside are clean or dirty. My old dishwasher had an indicator light that stayed on until you opened the door. I read that some Bosch models have a red LED that shines on the floor but this model does not. All in all a very nice dishwasher for the Best Buy price. Recommend
A:Answer Yes, just slightly open the door to stop the current cycle. Wait for the water to stop dripping before adding what you need. Then make sure to press the start button to have it continue with the current cycle when the door is closed. If you don't press the start button, it will not continue when the door is closed. Make sure you don't press the on/off button. This would cause the cycle to stop.
The start button is on the right and the on/off button is on the left.
A:Answer It has " OpitDry@ " which senses when the unit is low on rinse aid and automatically increases the drying time. They recommend use of a rinse aid to ensure more complete drying. It also has " Extra dry heat " which raises the temperature of the rinse water and increases the drying time to improve drying. Our unit on normal wash with a rinse aid produces very dry dishes. Only water is puddled on cup bottoms, I.e. normal places.
A:Answer You can set the washer to beep when it's done; similar to a microwave's beep but just at slower pace.
To enter options mode:
1 With the door open, press the On/Off button to turn the unit on.
2 One of the wash cycle LEDs will be flashing.
3 Press and hold down the > button, then press and release the Start button. Now release the > button.
4 The “Clean” LED and one other LED will be flashing. You are now in options mode.
5 Press the > button to select the option you would like to adjust.
Then set the Cycle Completion Signal:
1 With the “Clean”, “Sanitized” and “Refill Rinse Aid” LEDs flashing, press the < button to change the
cycle completion tone volume. The wash cycle LEDs will illuminate when you press
