This dishwasher is amazing, and I would definitely recommend to those that need a slim dishwasher. It's the best dishwasher I've ever owned. This was purchased as a dishwasher for my wetbar in my basement and it's better in every way compared with the builder grade dishware in my kitchen. It's extremely quiet to the point of being barely audible. Each rack has a lot of options to configure for different types of loads; having the 3rd rack is great and can hold a lot of stuff. It does a great job cleaning and drying the dishes as well. The controls and functions are very easy to use. It just has a solid, well made feel to it all around. BUT! The process from order to installation was terrible, and a rare miss from Best Buy. I ordered this unit on November 26th, 2022 and it was finally installed on June 2, 2023 - at the time of ordering it was listed as being for sale (not backordered) with a delivery date about 4 weeks out. Seven (7) times I had delivery/install dates scheduled, then BB would cancel at the last minute. I had several BB associates on the phone assure me the *next* delivery date it would surely be delivered, only it wasn't. Often they didn't seem to have any idea when I might get the dishwasher. Communication and follow through from BB on this was very poor; BB seemed to have no awareness of when Bosch might supply more units.

Good modern dishwasher, pretty quiet and efficient. Top drawer for silverware works better than the standard basket. Replaced a lower-quality compact dishwasher from frigidaire, like this one a lot better. Not many compacts on the market to choose from, most are the same thing, repackaged - so happy European manufacturers are stepping in with some new product lines.

As many of you know, finding an 18" dishwasher is difficult. I looked at Consumer Reports and liked the reliability of the Bosch models. I looked at one in the store and liked the layout. After the new dishwasher was installed, I ran it and was very impressed. This is very quiet and the dishes/cutlery is perfectly clean.
