Customers have good things to say about the Bluetooth connectivity, sound quality, navigation, and price of the 6.2" in-dash CD/DVD/DM receiver. They appreciate the ease of use, backup camera, installation, radio, and touch screen. However, some customers have concerns about its durability, steering wheel control compatibility, and instances where it stopped working or had volume issues. There were also a few mentions of receiving defective units.
After install at Best Buy in Winston-Salem the radio, clock and cd player worked fine, a few months past and the blue tooth had to be reprogrammed. The navigation fun tioned well. Then i moved to Georgia and the CD player stared malfunctioning, took it to the Newnan store and was told their store doesn't work on radios, the installation dept no longer services. I'd have to go to Peacetree City which was another 20 miles drive. The cd radio is the primary reason i purchased this device, now out of warranty, and only was able get a few months of cd play from it. I'd suggest no one buy this brand, the quality is non-existent. Only used it a little bit.

The only issue I have with this radio is that you cant listen to music while using the GPS. But the radio and the GPS work great independently. All around a good system but definitely room for improvement.

The radio works great. Connection to phone is excellent. The GPS system can use a little improvement. Dvd player shows cinema style quality. Excellent product for the price. Looks great in my 2002 Cadillac Escalade.
