My kid loves this, and I have found myself messing with it, he tracks lines on paper to follow, you can set up obstacles for him to do skies the limit for this thing.

Botley was a great gift for my 8 year old granddaughter. She was easily able to program it to run through a set of commands. She shared it with her 11 year old brother who was equally happy to play with it. Together they were able to program it to move through a maze and then park itself in a pre-set parking spot. Wonderful toy!

My daughter got this for Christmas and loves it. I don't know if it will teach coding but she is learning how to program the robot to move around the house. Keeps her busy for a few hours.
