Sales reps may need a little training
Posted .I have had plenty of positive experience at BB over the years. I went in to buy a charger for my mac today. The charger does not come with the USB cable. No problem. When I asked the sales associate for directions to find the right cable, he pointed in a general direction. When I asked for clarification, he got sarcastic and then angry real quick. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but he got aggressive and started asking me what my problem was. I like to support local shopping over online, but Jorge made me rethink that decision.

Terrible, non-existant Geek Squad service!
Posted .Our Home Theater-Geek Squad person has failed to answer 4 phone calls and 3 texts for help that I've sent over the past month. No one at the store gives a hoot. Very poor customer service. A shame...and a scam.
