It a great movie. It is a good insight into gun violence in America. Even though it is over 20 years old, it is still relevant today.

It doesn't answer many questions, but it does bring up many questions that need to be answered. Bowling for Columbine tries to pin point the reason or reasons why us as Americans are so violent to the point where killing has to take place. Michael Moore does an incredible job by showing different angles of possible answers of why our society is so. The white man's fear of the black man, the NRA, the media and more are all under the looking glass as Moore searches for the reasons. He also compares us with all the major world countries, especially those with a high gun population. You might agree with this movie or it might just offend you but being offended can sometimes bring out the inner pain in one and from there the healing begins. This is a great documentary that not only informs but entertains as well. I recommend that everyone see this movie not just once but at least twice since something new always comes up.
