I am happy with my purchase. Delivered in perfect condition. Functions just as advertised including manual and auto feed and shredding credit cards with ease. I especially like the idea that it is on wheels and easily rolls (over carpet) from one space or room to the other. My only wish is that it was noiseless. However, it is not annoyingly loud like most shredders and when the the job is done, it goes into quiet mode until you add more paper!

This shredder has worked very well for me. I had 10+ years worth of saved bills and documents to shred. I did find that after spending several hours and shredding A LOT, it started to make the piercing noise others talked about. I figured it may need lubrication to flush out the paper dust. I ran a couple of the lubricating sheets that come with it through the machine, but it still screeched, so I ran one two more lubricating sheets through it and let it sit overnight so the lubricant could settle in. The next morning, no loud, shrieking noise when I ran paper through it and it worked as expected. Great little shredder, just needs lubricant if you shred a big batch all at once because, you know, it's a machine with lots of moving parts. I would definitely buy it again. Very satisfied.

This shredder was a great choice for us. After reading previous reviews, we purchased the lubricating sheets with it. A sample of a few did come with the machine but I’m glad we bought extra. They work great. The shredder is great with the auto feeder capability too. We had a lot of old documents to finally be rid of & this did the job. Does overheat after about 40 mins of continuous shredding but after about a 10 min cool down, it’s good to go again.
