Q: Is my device compatible with Visible's service?

Q: What if my phone isn't compatible with Visible?
A: That's okay! You can choose from a variety of unlocked phones from Best Buy to use with Visible service.

Q: Is there a benefit to joining Visible through Best Buy?
A: Absolutely! Best Buy now offers exclusive new member pricing for 26 months on Visible, Visible+ and Visible+ Pro plans. You save $6/mo. on the Visible plan, $9/mo. on the Visible+ plan and $13/mo. on the Visible+ Pro plan.

Q: Do I need an eSIM or physical SIM to switch to Visible?
A: It depends on your phone: some newer phones take eSIM or physical SIMs whereas some older phones take physical SIMs only. Good news is you don’t have to guess — each Visible SIM Kit bundle includes both an eSIM activation code and a physical SIM. The activation process will walk you through which one to use for your specific phone.

Q: What is Global Pass?
A: Global Pass provides international roaming benefits to members on the Visible+ and Visible+ Pro Plans. While traveling internationally, Global Pass allows you to make and receive phone calls, use data and access hotspot service like you would normally do, without the need for a different SIM card.
