Paul and Parkour
||Posted .If you took this movie at face value then it be easy to say that its your standard action flick buried and overlooked in the spring/summer box office release slate. But, the thing that makes this particular movie different is that while yes, this not Paul Walker's best performance and yes, this is one of his last films, that doesn't take away from a solid premise. Is it goofy and over the top at times? Certainly. As a matter of fact it's perhaps fairly said and widely claimed that this movie is inferior to the film its remade from. But for being the first bigger scale movie I can remember to showcase parkour as this does, it succeeds in advancing the story without getting caught up in a parkour sideshow, meaning, they did a good job incorporating it into the overall film/story. Where the dvd/blu ray release is lacking is with an opportunity to include stock, shot footage or entire behind the scenes interviews (typically done at some point during filming an cut into a EPK feature) they chose not to include any of Paul Walker's beyond the filming moments.

A bittersweet film to watch...
||Posted .It was a bit difficult to watch this movie, knowing that this was the last completed project that Paul Walker started in, especially being a fan of the F&F series. Still, if you saw and enjoyed the Original French version ("District 13"), I think that you won't be disappointed. The action sequences are great, and it's amazing that even almost 10 years later, there's no doubt that David Belle is still the king of Parkour! Luc Besson executive produced this movie, so if you're a fan of his films, you know what to expect. I also encourage you to see District 13 first if you're on the fence about this.

A Great Finale for Paul Walker; R.I.P.
||Posted .I know that F&F7 was his REAL last film, but I feel like they worked around his disappearance too much. This Movie on the other hand, i Feel like is alot better, not as touching or heart pulling in the end, but Paul was an action guy, not a drama guy, like Daryl in the Walking Dead. This is more him, and this movie was just awesome. It's different, original, twisting, and somewhat politically and socially justifiable (in the sense that some of what goes on is in fact reality to some extent). Whether you knew Paul Walker or not, this is a must see for action fanatics. Solid A man.

Stylish and fast-paced, Brick Mansions delivers!
||Posted .Brick Mansions is an action movie on caffeine. It's a movie that will make you say "what?" and "whoa!" in equal measures. Slick as David Belle jumping a building, cool as the other side of the pillow, and subtle as an exploding grenade, Brick Mansions is a fun action packed film. This is the Luc Besson we've all been missing; this is the Paul Walker we all loved; and this is the kind of action that makes movies special.

Action packed movie!
||Posted .I didn't make it to the theater to check out Brick Mansions so I decided to pick it up on blu ray and I am not disappointed at all. This was a really good movie with tons of action from beginning to end. I highly recommend checking out one of Paul Walker's final films that in my opinion just further proves the greatness we lost when Paul passed away. R.I.P Paul Walker.

Good...but expected a little more
||Posted .This is a decent movie. A good watch if you're looking for some action and entertainment. If you're looking for hardcore, great acting i wouldn't recommend it. Paul Walker is enjoyable to watch, and it's kind of sad knowing that this was his last completed movie. It's a good addition to my movie collection and a must have for any Paul Walker fan....R.I.P.

Excellent remake of District B13
||Posted .This is a great remake of the movie District B13. David Belle (a Parcour Master) is back as Lino (Leito in B13) and Paul Walker takes over the role originally occupied by Cyril Raffaelli, acop sent in to "defuse" a bomb. This has a slightly better storyline, though it is so similar to the original as to be almost transparent. The mild changes do make it a bit more entertaining though. Robert Maillet as Yeti is really cool as well. Check out the other movies he's been in, it's awesome. Overall a great movie and a wonderful tribute to an amazing actor. We miss you Paul.

Good movie.
||Posted .I know this movie did not get a fair shake and many may have bought it was a result of Paul Walker passing and this being his last movie that he completed however this was an alright movie and I have watched it a few times since I got it. I have seen some better movies but I have seen much worse too.
