I purchased two Brother printers. One stopped working after 750 pages. Replaced toner because that is what the machine said to do. Didn't fix problem. Contacted tech support and wasted 100+ pages and 2 hours with no help. All they said is that they will send me to one of their service centers where I will have to pay for all repairs. Brother will do nothing to fix or repair the machine. Total cost per page ~$0.60 after all of my expenses for purchase of the printer and new toner.
The second machine was used to only print labels. Does a really poor job of this as the toner always bleeds onto the second half of the page, wasting half of the expensive labels. Cleaned, talked with customer support, tried multiple different labels, still same problem.
Because of the way that brother has treated me, I will never buy another product from them.
